Most Common Web servers:- According to a recent survey the outcome result shows the fact that the Apache HTTP server is the most common and highly used web server, its installed on most of the web servers in the world, and it claims 70% of the market share. The reason behind apache servers are more used worldwide because it supports most open source applications like Linux operating system, PHP, Perl, Ruby on rails, and MYSQL database servers. While other 40% share of the market is grabbed by the IIS server which is developed by Microsoft. This web server is developed for Microsoft windows operating system and it also supports Open source applications as well, but its more developed for Microsoft’s products like ASP, and the SQL server.
